Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in implementing and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business owners and development teams to refine the F&O solution, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for implementation.
• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Design, manage, and implement functional aspects of the solution across various modules (including SCM & Finance).
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct functional testing, including process and integration testing using tools like Postman.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user needs and translate them into actionable business processes and product backlogs.
• Contribute to agile project planning, sprint execution, and documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories).
• Leverage the broader Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365) to create innovative solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• 5-6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with Direct Debit processes.
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and contribute to sprint planning.
• 12+ Years overall experience.
