Senior Data Scientist | AI & ML | Contract (6–12 months)

Drive real impact by turning complex data into intelligent, deployable solutions. This role sits at the sharp end of AI adoption, owning delivery from concept to production in a cloud-first environment. Strong day rate on offer.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to deployment

• Build and scale ML, AI and LLM-driven solutions including chatbots

• Develop models on Azure ML / Databricks with production-grade standards

• Own MLOps lifecycle: monitoring, retraining, optimisation

• Ensure explainability, governance and regulatory alignment

• Collaborate with engineering on scalable pipelines and data quality

• Drive best practice across code, CI/CD, and model versioning

• Translate complex outputs into clear business insights

What you bring

• 3–5+ years in Data Science with proven delivery track record

• Strong Python, SQL and ML stack across NLP, forecasting, deep learning

• Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow

• Solid grounding in statistics, experimentation and model evaluation

• Ability to build narratives via Power BI and influence stakeholders
