Datacenter Security Solution Architect

  • Lead enterprise-scale Datacenter Security transformation programmes across complex hybrid environments.
  • Work with cutting-edge security technologies including Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, PAM, SIEM, and cloud-integrated security platforms.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and security leaders to design resilient and compliant infrastructure solutions.

The Role

As a Datacenter Security Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering secure enterprise datacenter for large-scale Security transformation programmes. The role involves working closely with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to define security strategies, governance models and architecture standards aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design secure Datacenter security architectures.
  • Define end-to-end security solutions covering network, compute, storage, virtualization and application layers.
  • Lead security architecture reviews, risk assessments and threat modelling activities.
  • Develop Zero Trust security frameworks and micro-segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure and application teams to implement enterprise security controls.
  • Provide architectural guidance for IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, DLP, DR, DATA recovery and encryption solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and CIS benchmarks.
  • Support security transformation and migration programs across on-premises
  • Create high-level and low-level security design documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Strong experience in implementing and working with CIS Controls v8.1

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience working with CIS Controls v8.1 and implementing security best practices.
  • Strong experience in Datacenter Security Architecture and Enterprise Security Solutions.
  • Expertise in network security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, and segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
  • Knowledge of SIEM, SOC operations, EDR/XDR, vulnerabilities and security monitoring platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering security architecture within large enterprise transformation programs.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Good understanding of mapping EUC security capabilities to CIS Controls v8.1
  • Experience in implementing Zero Trust architecture within end-user environments.
  • Familiarity with advanced threat protection and threat intelligence integration across endpoints.
  • Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 alongside CIS Controls.
  • Understanding of secure software and application control policies on endpoints.
  • Experience in audit, compliance reporting and risk management aligned with enterprise security programs.
  • Experience in automation.
  • Ability to evaluate and onboard emerging security tools and technologies to strengthen CIS control coverage.
