Desktop Support Specialist

6 to 12 month contract supporting a complex end user estate across manufacturing environments. This is hands-on, site-based support where you’ll own troubleshooting, device lifecycle and EUS engineering improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and support hardware, peripherals and LAN infrastructure

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Windows, Ubuntu, Mac and mobile

• Support networking issues from an endpoint perspective

• Deliver EUS automation and systems management improvements

• Manage patching, upgrades and security compliance

• Work with engineering teams to define system and application requirements

• Coordinate with vendors for device swaps and fixes

Key Skills

• Strong MECM including packaging and OSD

• Solid Windows 7, 10, 11 expertise

• Broad EUS landscape experience

• Clear communication and client-facing capability

Experience

5+ years preferred, flexibility for strong profiles
