EUS – Engineer
Responsibilities
- Installation and support for the end user hardware, peripherals like printers, scanners, cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches. · Troubleshoot, investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues as they arise on Windows, Ubuntu, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Support networking issues for troubleshooting from a pc support perspective.
- Recommend, design, and implement systems management and automation solutions for EUS landscape.
- Manage software upgrades and security patching.
- Work with development teams and partners to identify engineering requirements and assist with defining application/system requirements and processes
- Coordinate with hardware vendors and engineers as part of device replacement, fix and swaps
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Good knowledge on Application deployment and Packaging feature of MECM and how to use them in OSD
- Excellent communication skills
- Good hands on and experience on Windows OS and hardware knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience of End User IT Landscape (desktops/laptops/printers, etc.)
- Robust knowledge of Win7, 10, 11 OS
