The Opportunity

  • As a Senior Recruitment Sales Consultant, you’ll have 5+ years experience & are responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development, account management, & high-level recruitment delivery.
  • Role requires a proven ability to win new business, develop key accounts, & manage complex recruitment campaigns while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Key element for this role is strong capability to win & develop New Business
  • You will demonstrate leadership qualities, strong commercial capability, & a track record of consistent billing performance.
  • You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, provide consultative recruitment solutions, & build strong talent pipelines across specialist markets.
  • We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, resilience & a genuine passion for creating opportunities & delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strong business development, consultative sales, and commercial management capability, with a proven ability to win, grow, and manage strategic client accounts.
  • Growing & managing key accounts across specialist markets
  • Leading consultative client meetings & commercial discussions
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across contract & permanent hiring
  • Sourcing & engaging high-calibre candidates
  • Building strong market pipelines & long-term relationships
  • Negotiating commercial agreements & recruitment solutions
  • Mentoring & supporting junior consultants
  • Driving consistent revenue growth & market expansion
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, & communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers & deliver professional presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong market awareness, commercial insight, & the ability to identify & capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, & team collaboration capability, with experience supporting high-performance recruitment environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ recruitment sales experience
  • Proven 360 recruitment & sales experience
  • Strong business development & client management capability
  • Winning new business & developing strategic accounts
  • Driving consistent revenue growth & market expansion
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, & stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong market awareness
  • Resilient, proactive, & highly motivated approach
  • Experience working in UK, Europe or US recruitment highly-desirable
  • Technology contract or perm preferred, open to other areas of expertise
