Technical Project Manager – Digital Workplace (M365 / Azure / Intune)
The Role
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic digital initiatives, including modern workplace enablement, cloud adoption, and end-user experience. These programmes are high visibility with significant business impact, requiring close engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Workplace programmes
- Drive programme governance, reporting (QBR/MSR), and milestones tracking
- Manage senior business and IT stakeholders (Director / CXO level)
- Own programme risks, dependencies, and mitigation planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (EUS, Infra, Cloud, Security, ServiceNow)
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft technology stack (M365, Azure, Intune, etc.)
- Drive transformation initiatives (migration, modernization, automation)
- Manage vendor/partner interactions (OEMs, tooling providers)
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, change management, and governance processes
- Deliver business value outcomes (user experience, productivity, cost optimisation)
Your Profile:
- Strong Senior Stakeholder Management experience [
- Experience in Microsoft technology ecosystem
- 12–18+ years IT experience with 8+ years in programme/project management
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation
- Strong governance, financial tracking, RAID management
Technology (Microsoft Stack)
