Account ManagerSalary: Up to £50,000 + 50% Bonus (uncapped) + Exceptional BenefitsLocation: Hybrid Working (Sunderland HQ)My client is a technology software and services provider delivering an outsourced professional services solution to the global business community.As part of their exciting growth plans, they are recruiting for an Account Manager to support their increasing client portfolio, ensuring customers get the most out of the services provided and spotting new revenue opportunities.The RoleOwn the client journey from sale to renewal (and beyond)Build and maintain existing B2B client relationships to successfully retain accounts and realise upsell opportunitiesEngaging with clients in a structured manner, progressing opportunities as they presentConsultatively build relationshipsUncover clients business challenges and identify relevant business opportunitiesEfficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into salesAct as a Voice of Authority for their product needsManage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospectsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsThe PersonDemonstrable pedigree in B2B account management with a track record of achieving cross/upsell and renewal targetsDegree educated or equivalent is preferred, although not essentialIdeally from a business consulting/services, software or tech backgroundAbility to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleaguesExcellent telephone and online presentation skillsStrong desire to be part of a team that delivers our customers breakthrough resultsAmbitious to develop their career further within the organisationThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation at an exciting time with genuine opportunities for career development and progression .
