Sales Executive - Interactive and Immersive Spaces

As we scale our sales drive, we’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving UK sales while supporting international growth through distributor and partner relationships. This is not a cold-calling or hard-selling role ; it is a consultative, relationship-led position focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored immersive solutions. You will manage key accounts, develop new opportunities, oversee distributor relationships, and support tender and bid activity. The role includes regular UK travel and occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of UK sales performance , pipeline development, and revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK through networking, referrals, inbound enquiries, and strategic outreach.
- Manage and support distributors and partner relationships in the UK and internationally.
- Lead and contribute to tender and bid submissions , including coordinating inputs, pricing, and responses to client requirements.
- Conduct client and partner meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of our interactive and immersive technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in the UK and overseas as a company representative.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to closing and handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Experience within the IT and/or AV industry .
- Experience managing UK-based sales activity .
- Experience working with tenders, bids, or formal procurement processes .
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A consultative approach with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Confidence working with partners, distributors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and internationally .
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently.
Desirable:
- Experience managing distributors, resellers, or channel partners.
- Experience in immersive technologies, digital installations, events, or related industries.
- A creative mindset and passion for innovation.
- Full UK driving licence.
