IT Operations Associate
We are looking for an IT Operations Associate to join our team and support the smooth running of our IT function. This is a fixed-term role for a period of 12–15 months.

Salary: 39,554 - £45,732 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday
The Role
Are you passionate about IT operations and enjoy working across teams to improve how technology is used day to day?
The post holder will assist the Senior IT Operations and Service Manager in supporting the overall IT function and coordinating operational IT activities. The post holder will support delivery of the IT roadmap, working closely with the Infrastructure and Applications teams, particularly around Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
The role includes supporting communications, training and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption across the organisation. You will also provide IT finance administration, including processing and tracking expenditure, and contribute to IT service reporting through the production of performance metrics and management information.
The successful applicant will:
- Support the development and rollout of the Microsoft 365 product suite to meet user and business needs.
- Identify and address training opportunities for staff in IT platforms, collaborating with Learning and Development colleagues.
- Ensure supplier purchase orders and invoices are processed within deadlines, supporting budget reporting and forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring key milestones like licensing and product upgrades are met.
- Act as a champion for IT policies and procedures, fostering best practices across the organisation.
