Location: UK Hybrid (occasional travel required)

Your Role:

• Build and maintain end-to-end ML platforms and MLOps pipelines
• Collaborate with AI scientists, robotics, and product teams to deploy models into production
• Implement cutting-edge AI techniques in Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Causal Inference, and Optimisation
• Influence engineering standards and production-level ML code

What Were Looking For:

Education: /Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

Experience:

• 4+ years for Senior Applied AI Engineer | 5+ years for Lead roles
• Strong ML development & deployment experience, especially MLOps
• Working with large-scale datasets, simulation environments, or robotic systems ( logistics / warehouse experience is a plus)

Skills & Tech:

• Python & C++ programming
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Cloud platforms: AWS or GCP
• CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and automation
