Founding Full stack Engineer
We’re working with a startup that is transforming how companies hire across tech, consulting, finance, and other high-growth industries. Their platform replaces outdated assessments with AI-driven, immersive simulations — including live case interviews, technical challenges, and real-time role play. The goal is to evaluate candidates on what actually matters: problem-solving, analytical thinking, and real-world performance.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling a highly interactive, AI-powered platform. You’ll be part of the founding team working across the stack and contributing to key decisions around architecture, product, and technical direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building full-stack features across React, TypeScript, and Python
- Developing scalable backend systems and APIs
- Working with AWS cloud infrastructure (or similar)
- Contributing to AI/LLM-driven workflows and product features
- Collaborating closely with founders on product and technical strategy
- Owning key parts of the system architecture and engineering roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- Strong full-stack development experience across modern web technologies
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality products end-to-end
- Experience in startups 0-1
- Comfortable owning systems and making architectural decisions
- Tech lead experience is a plus
- Based in London (Hybrid)
