Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Process Intelligence.

The ideal candidate should be involved in Process Intelligence (Celonis) implementation projects with process data of varying degrees of complexity and for customers across industries. You are responsible for making digital business processes transparent and harmonizing our customers' data flow by using Process Intelligence Technology and applying data extraction and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline with both Out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors.
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis
• Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Strong working knowledge of Knowledge Models. Views, Analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis front end functions – PQL, PU functions
• Develop the integration of process Intelligence tools with existing systems.
• Serve as a liaison for the business analyst, project manager and client
• Lead discussions on operationalization of Celonis through usage of Action Flows, Action Views and Machine Learning capabilities
• Well versed with latest AI capabilities for Process Intelligence in Celonis
• Keen learner and upto date with latest capabilities of Celonis

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Data Engineer/analytics, Experience in working SQL and relational databases, query authoring (SQL)
• Understanding the business requirements thoroughly to identify the technical requirements
• Taking Initiative (Resourcefulness) and asking clarifying questions to ensure the build is robust and designed on best practices
• Focusing on Performance (Ensures Accountability, Delivers consistent results)
• Ensures sufficient unit testing before releasing the build for functional testing

Preferred qualifications

• BE/BTech (or MS/MTech) degree or equivalent, Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or related
• Strong communications skills to enable interaction with all levels and departments within the organization
• Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
• Previous work experience in ERP (SAP ECC / S4 HANA / Oracle Cloud / Oracle EBS R12) with strong process understanding knowledge
