Agile Business Analyst – SaaS / HR / Workforce Platform (Remote / UK Hybrid)

£35,000 - £40,000

This technology company are building a new self-service cloud platform for global workforce management – and we’re looking for multiple Agile Business Analysts to help turn product vision into real usable features.

The platform, sitting at the heart of a cross-functional team (Product Owner, Engineers, QA, Designers), making sure business needs are clearly understood, well-documented, and delivered to a high standard.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and refine requirements for a multi-module SaaS platform.
• Analyse and model business processes, workflows and system interactions across global workforce / HR operations.
• Produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria , and translate complex business rules and compliance requirements into functional specs.
• Work closely with engineering, QA and design to support solution design and validate feasibility.
• Keep documentation of features, processes and dependencies up to date.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with data, impact assessments and dependency insights.
• Use user feedback and usage data to inform continuous product improvement.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst in a technology / SaaS / enterprise software environment.
• Strong experience in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and functional documentation .
• Hands-on with Agile delivery and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; able to turn complex concepts into simple, actionable language.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers, designers, and product stakeholders .

Background / Domain experience

• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience HRM / HCM / workforce management platforms
• STEM degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar)

Location: Remote / UK hybrid (occasional London visits as needed)
