2 x Commercial TMT Lawyers (1 to 3 PQE)

Our client is experiencing rapid growth, is seeking two talented Commercial TMT Solicitors to join their Commercial and Technology practice based in London.

This exciting opportunity comes as a result of a significant increase in client work, particularly across the tech and IT sectors.

What You’ll Be Advising On:

• Managed Services Agreements
• Master Services Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements
• Service Level Agreements
• Intellectual Property Assignments
• Data Protection
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Licence & Maintenance Agreements
• Letters of Agreement
• End User Licence Agreements (EULAs)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years’ PQE with a good grounding in commercial contract law (preferably private practice)
• Experience in or a strong interest in the technology sector
• Exceptional client-facing skills
• Confidence to attend and contribute to business development and networking events
• A collaborative, growth-minded approach
