The Opportunity

This is a newly created role within a fast-growing legal technology business, offering the chance to shape an innovative tax knowledge service from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality legal content while helping to develop new resources, practical guidance and commentary that will be relied upon by leading law firms and in-house legal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Writing, reviewing and editing high-quality tax law content
  • Developing new topics, precedents, practical resources and legislative updates
  • Producing insightful legal commentary and analysis on key developments
  • Collaborating with leading barristers, knowledge lawyers, editors and subject matter experts
  • Monitoring legal and market developments to ensure content remains current and commercially relevant
  • Supporting customer engagement by responding to content queries and identifying market needs
  • Working with the technology team to enhance and develop the online platform

About You

You'll be a technically strong UK tax lawyer with:

  • At least 5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience at the Bar)
  • Broad experience advising on UK business tax matters
  • Outstanding drafting and legal writing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and accessibly
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently
  • An interest in legal innovation and developing market-leading knowledge products

Experience in professional support, knowledge management or legal publishing would be advantageous but is not essential. Applications from experienced practitioners looking for a career change are encouraged.
