Agile Business Analyst  £35,000 - £40,000  2 days a week in Central London  About the role My Client is a world-leading provider of Global Workforce Solutions and Employer of Record Services, headquartered in London and operating across 180+ countries. My client is expanding their digital team and looking for an Agile Business Analyst to help shape my client’s next-generation self-service cloud platform for global workforce management.  As an Agile Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll analyse workflows, define requirements, and ensure that the platform continues to evolve efficiently and intelligently.  What You’ll Do

• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to align teams.
• Collaborate with design, development, and creative teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Conduct acceptance checks and review process improvements.

What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to turn complex concepts into simple, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of data modeling and business process principles.
• Experience in SaaS, HR systems, or eCommerce platforms.
• Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (STEM).
