Their client base includes industry leaders, household names, and fast-growth innovators across the UK and beyond.With continued growth in their Commercial & TMT practice, they are now seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Solicitor to join their team.The Role: This is a varied and intellectually stimulating role where you’ll be a key advisor to clients on a wide range of high-value, complex, and often cross-border matters. You’ll work closely with partners and enjoy a high level of autonomy, with clear progression opportunities from day one.Your work will include:

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate transactions
• Advising on technology-related agreements, including software licensing and development deals
• Working on distribution, franchising, outsourcing, and agency arrangements
• Providing strategic IP advice, particularly in relation to brand protection
• Supporting on contentious IP matters, including copyright and trademark disputes
• Acting as a trusted business partner to clients, offering commercially focused, practical advice

The Ideal Candidate: You are a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with solid post-qualification experience in commercial, TMT, or IP law, ideally gained within a respected law firm or in-house legal team.We’re looking for someone who can bring:

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial agreements
• A strong understanding of tech, digital, and IP law, with a proactive approach to client needs
• The ability to manage client relationships with confidence and credibility
• A commercial mindset and the drive to contribute to business development
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with ambitions to grow within a supportive and progressive firm
