Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

At Vermelo RPO, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving success for a key client helping to shape the future of our recruitment services.
What you’ll do:- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders working with them to secure talent whilst providing insights on market trends and hiring strategies.
- Drive client engagement through exceptional service delivery, onboarding and stakeholder management.
- Talent delivery, sourcing and vacancy management with a particular focus on technical roles within insurance pricing, finance and information technology.
- Management of direct applicants and internal moves.
- Partner with internal teams to optimise recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for an end client or within an RPO environment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and assessment skills with the ability to attract top-tier talent within technical roles such as insurance, pricing, information technology and finance.
- Previous experience within the insurance sector would be advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Talos360 experience a plus).
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering a first-class client experience.
- Meeting and exceeding client NPS targets and hiring satisfaction.
- High fill rates (95%+ for non-technical roles, 85%+ for specialist hires).
- Strong contribution to team targets and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide an on site presence within the client's office in central Manchester as part of a hybrid working model. Flexibility to visit other client sites across the UK is also required as and when required.
