They are now seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join the team and spearhead customer acquisition and growth.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients for our client’s IT support and cloud services portfolio. You’ll work closely with technical teams to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on Azure cloud infrastructure, migration, cybersecurity, and app development.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our client’s services.
- Understand client pain points and translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with technical and management teams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the IT support, cloud, or technology services sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (Azure preferred), cybersecurity solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and value.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with a consultative sales approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
