Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
Location: Hybrid - 2days per week in Chelmsford office
Contract type: Permanent

About the role
As the Client Services Executive, you will have an impact by maintaining and developing the relationship with our strategic clients. You will assist the Client Services Manager in their day-to-today operations and work alongside a team of functional managers to assist their teams carrying out the required processes and tasks within SLAs. The desired outcome of this will be becoming involved in all aspects of the client relationship from the initial set-ups, attending monthly service reviews and being a point of contact and ensuring that performance levels are being met, exceeding KPIs and SLAs, whilst playing an integral role in ensuring there is a strong, positive relationship between Giant and its clients.
Key responsibilities of the role include
- Build positive and productive relationships by providing client support services in accurate and timely fashion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Escalate to departmental managers complex client issues and resolutions working in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare, collate and produce data/service review packs required for monthly and ad hoc business reviews, forwarding them to the relevant owner for commentary and validation before issuing to agreed recipients.
- Support in client projects, preparing process flows, operating procedures and project-related documentation
- Provide assistance to the Client Services team by completing any ad-hoc tasks.
- Take responsibility for personal workload, including following up queries, task actions and requests for information to ensure all items are completed within service levels.
Your ideal experience & competencies
Ideally you would be educated to degree level or have at least 2 years’ customer service experience. You can only excel in this role with:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (including Excel)
