1st / 2nd Line IT Engineer (MSP)

We are currently recruiting for a MSP client of ours based in the Henley area for a 1st/2nd Line Engineer -Hybrid working

In the region of £28,000 - £32,000pa (depending on experience level)

Duties (not limited to):

- Support to team on 1st and 2nd line issues

- Support of client infrastructure (M365)

Skills:

- M365 (Intune, SharePoint, Azure, Entra ID, Autopilot)

- Solid Widows, MAC support skills

- PowerShell scripting (M365, PC)

- Networking equipment

Extra Skills:

- Work under pressure as an individual and with your team

- Customer facing and excellent communication (non-technical)

- Have worked in MSP environment
