The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through both new business development and account management. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and work towards achievable sales targets in a supportive, office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively contact prospective customers and generate sales
- Follow up inbound enquiries and warm leads
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage sales administration
- Resolve customer queries and deliver excellent service
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
About You
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or business development role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
- Highly organised and commercially focused
- Motivated by targets, results, and customer success
- Positive, proactive, and resilient approach
