The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

You’ll work across digital marketing, events, employer branding, and content creation – collaborating with colleagues across the business to transform technical software solutions into engaging, benefit-led messaging for a global audience.

This role is ideal for a Marketing professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is excited by the challenge of supporting a rapidly scaling technology business.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Assisting with campaign delivery aligned to business growth objectives

Content Creation

  • Writing and editing content for websites, blogs, case studies, emails, newsletters, and social media
  • Translating complex technical information into clear, engaging marketing copy
  • Creating marketing assets and sales collateral using tools such as Canva
  • Coordinating video, demo, and promotional content with internal stakeholders and external agencies

Employer Branding

  • Creating content that showcases company culture, people, and values across social and digital channels

Events & Webinars

  • Researching and supporting attendance at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Coordinating logistics, materials, and promotional activity for events
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of webinars and online events
  • Identifying third-party event, podcast, and partnership opportunities

PR & Communications

  • Supporting press activity and working with a PR agency on press releases

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Updating and maintaining website content using WordPress
  • Assisting with SEO and website optimisation initiatives

Market Research & Internal Communications

  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research
  • Supporting internal communications to keep teams aligned and informed
About You

Essential

  • Proven experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to translate complex or technical information into benefit-led messaging
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and B2B social media
  • Experience updating website content
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, or engineering-led environments
  • Experience supporting events and industry exhibitions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress
  • Video content experience

You’ll be professional, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and comfortable working in a growing business where roles naturally evolve as the company scales.
