PRODUCER / SENIOR PRODUCER
My client is a small studio based in Warwickshire, UK with a strong track record of
collaborating with world-class IP. Founded in 2017, our aim is to build live free-to-play video

player-focused experiences.
You’ll be the bridge between creative, technical, and business teams, ensuring projects are
delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standard. Beyond launch, you’ll play a critical
role in driving live operations, content updates, events, and monetisation strategies that keep
our games thriving.

operations.
Work closely with design, engineering, art, and marketing teams to deliver a
world-class player experience.

inform decisions and optimise KPIs (retention, engagement, monetisation etc.).
Foster clear communication across all stakeholders, ensuring alignment between
creative vision and business goals.
Contribute to improving production processes across the studio.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Producer/Senior Producer on free-to-play mobile games,
across both development and live operations.
Strong understanding of F2P business models, player engagement strategies, and live
service best practices.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage
