Senior Growth Consultant
My client is a performance-obsessed growth partner for B2B tech and services businesses—mainly in SaaS, AI, and digital transformation. Most of our clients are doing between £3–10 million in revenue and have grown through referrals or their network. We help them build scalable outbound systems that drive qualified meetings and revenue—combining offer strategy, cold outreach, paid ads, and sales enablement. What makes us different is that we don’t just stop at leads—we help shape offers, book meetings directly into calendars, and coach founders or sales teams to improve conversion. We’re deeply embedded with clients, acting as a true growth partner.This is a senior client-facing role managing the end-to-end experience for up to 18 B2B clients. While other team members handle outbound strategy and campaign execution, your focus is on owning the client relationship—ensuring they’re happy, supported, and seeing commercial results. A key part of the role is helping founders and CEOs refine their sales process: from first contact with a lead, to discovery, to closing. You’ll need to be confident advising senior stakeholders and holding high expectations around what good sales execution looks like.
We’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years in B2B demand generation, ABM, or outbound marketing
- Strategic thinkers who’ve worked across offer/positioning, not just channel delivery
- Client-facing experience with founders or C-levels
- Bonus if worked agency-side, in a consultancy, or fast-growth SaaS
Salary £55–65k base plus a strong performance-based bonus.
