Company profile - PropTech In this sales role, you'll be joining a founder-led and investor backed proptech startup with a client list covering local business to the world's largest property companies (CBRE, BNP Paribas Reqal Estate, JLL etc.) Addressing a £trillion asset class they're quickly becoming market leaders in their space, growing rapidly, and benefiting from a leadership team with over 100 years' experience in commercial property.
Key responsibilities - Business Development Executive - Meet and exceed the number of booked & attended meetings, along with contributed activations
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative communications designed to increase interest
- If necessary, run education pieces to nurture leads at the top of the funnel, resulting in quality booked meetings
- Mastery of the crucial first milestones in the partner sales journey from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to booked meeting
- Develop and master consultative selling techniques
- Create a great first impression on our leads by providing them with a world-class experience, having in-depth knowledge of our services/products and value proposition
- Set the tone for the ongoing relationship our customers will experience
- Logo growth through booked meetings
- Confidence to source new leads from our database and beyond to build the NBC pipeline
- Understand the inputs that are required to achieve the necessary targets
Job requirements - Business Development Executive - A 2:1 University degree OR transferable commercial experience
- Client-facing commercial experience is a plus
- Extroverted, energetic, confident, enthusiastic
- Conversational, personable, optimistic, inquisitive
- Self-starter, highly motivated, ambitious, competitive
- Self-sufficient, independent, motivated by quick wins
- Can handle rejection, can handle objections

- Uncapped commission structure with an estimated OTE of £42,000 in your first year
