Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and commercially minded Credit Analyst to support their expanding team. Job Description - Credit Analyst As a Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the assessment and progression of new lending opportunities. Acting as a central point in the credit process, the role involves analysing loan applications, preparing credit papers, and ensuring deals move smoothly through the pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is analytical, commercially minded, and confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Credit Analyst

• Support the review and assessment of new lending applications
• Assist with due diligence, including KYC and AML checks, to support credit decisions
• Contribute to the preparation of credit papers and internal documentation
• Review third-party reports and highlight key risks or considerations
• Support the management of the loan pipeline to ensure timely progression
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
• Assist with pre-completion checks and documentation
• Provide general analytical and administrative support to the credit team

Job Requirements - Credit Analyst

• A 2:1 degree in property, finance, law, economics, or a related subject (preferred)
• Strong numerical ability and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
• An interest in property and development finance
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
• Full right to work in the UK
