You will join an entrepreneurial family, working independently and as part of the team and experience a role where you will have a major influence on the running of our fast-growing business. Job description - Customer Success Executive In this Graduate Customer Success job in London, you'll be taught the bespoke cloud software, the business and its goals. You'll begin interacting with customers to help them set up accounts, ensure they are fully onboarded within their user access and support them with functionality questions. As your knowledge increases, your interactions will cover more complex client issues, demos, delivery training and onboarding. You'll be given every opportunity to learn in your vertical and outside of that as the business continues its international expansion. Key Responsibilities - Customer Success Executive In this Graduate Customer Experience job in London, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Demonstrate (after training) comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits, features & company services to prospects.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive products and market.
  • Establish rapport and schedule appointments with potential customers, while making detailed notes in our CRM.
  • Captivate potential customers with a presentation of our product that is both engaging and professional.
  • Schedule and perform web demonstrations with warm leads.
  • Take inbound and outbound phone calls from customers.
  • Manage and complete all assigned tasks, in a timely & friendly manner.
  • Interact with co-workers from both offices and work as a team.
  • Strong willingness to work long-term.
  • Train to be involved with onboarding customers as we invest in your knowledge-building.
Job Requirements - Customer Success Executive
  • A graduate from university, with a degree or modules in a Finance-related subject.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of basic accounting functions and practices from studies or experience. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability.
  • Experience in customer service /sales will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet expected daily outputs and deadlines.
  • Ability to self-motivate, be organised and multitask.
  • Located in the UK with full right to work, ideally based near London.
