As a Customer Success Executive, you will be a key part of the team, and you will also play an active part in driving continuous improvement within the team and business. Key responsibilities - Customer Success Executive (Marlow) In this Customer Success Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Onboard and new customers. Help customers learn how to use the platform to achieve their goals.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship. Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with customers by being responsive, helpful, proactive, and ensuring their goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective, and success metrics are identified.
  • Promote customer success. Work closely with customers to understand their objectives and to develop and achieve their goals. Share customer success stories internally and with other customers.
  • Be the customer's advocate. Driving relationships and solving challenges. Collecting customer feedback and using it to improve the products and services offered.
  • Manage customer commercials. Ensuring timely renewals and proactively seeking out upsell/cross-sell opportunities with your customers.
  • Support with continuous improvement. The CS team acts as the voice of the customer internally, working across our internal teams to ensure we deliver the best customer experience.
Job requirements - Customer Success Executive  (Marlow) In this Customer Success Executive position, we are looking for:
  • A 2.1 from a top university- you've excelled in your course
  • Strong communication skills - you will need to communicate technical concepts with a variety of stakeholders
  • You're a problem-solver. You thrive on technical challenges and enjoy the process of finding a solution. You have a knack for understanding how systems work and how to configure them to meet specific needs.
  • You're meticulous and detail-oriented. You have great organizational skills and understand that a successful event is built on a perfectly configured foundation.
  • You are curious and proactive. You have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to improve processes and get the most out of a software platform.
