Backed by top investors and growing quickly, they help modern brands and platforms eliminate complexity in tax and unlock global growth. Described as being at the forefront of the tax-tech space, they're now looking for their first Operations Exec in London to join the founding team and help keep their go-to-market strategy moving. Job description - Operations Executive As an Operations Executive, you will be the engine behind the smooth and effective delivery of best business practice . This role is hands-on and process-driven - ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a knack for managing many plates at one time, a keen eye for detail-oriented accuracy, and flair for business support. You'll be reporting to the Head of Operations, working across lean teams to ensure service quality is high, SLAs are met, and clients receive first-class operational support.    Key responsibilities - Operations Executive 
  • Support the Head of Operations on a wide variety of tasks - ranging from high-level strategy thought pieces to daily operational tasks
  • Support service improvement initiatives and identify areas for efficiency gains 
  • Use Excel to analyse large data sets to prepare considered reports to influence commercial decision-making
  • Providing general business administration, as and when is needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for continuous service delivery 
  • Continuing to learn about industry trends and tax developments.
  Job requirements - Operations & Compliance Executive 
  • A 2.1 from a top 20 university
  • A methodical, analytical mindset with great attention to detail 
  • A can-do attitude - you're excited about the prospect of tackling large strategy pieces of work but you're also happy to pull up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Ideally, some experience handling customer queries and managing expectations 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional team 
  • Problem-solving approach with a desire to improve systems and processes 
  • Comfortable using bespoke tech tools and willing to learn and develop within the industry
