- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with engineering teams and managing software delivery.
- Basic understanding of exchange-based order book trading.
- PRINCE2 or APM certification (or equivalent).
- Exposure to various asset classes (equities, ETFs, derivatives, bonds, commodities).
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and market data systems.
- Understanding of ultra-low latency distributed computing environments.
- Experience in highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure and distributed server architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborative and confident in stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- £40,000 - £50,000 salary based in experience
