We run a modern maritime training academy delivering:
- Face-to-face professional training
- AI-powered online courses
- Exam delivery as an approved test centre
We're growing fast and we need a
creative, tech-confident operator
to sit at the centre of it all.
What you'll actually be doing
- Creating
short video content
using AI tools (no coding) - Designing social posts, visuals, simple landing pages, and course promos
- Using tools like
ChatGPT, Canva, Synthesia, Gemini, Grok, Ispring, Claude, Meta AI, Sora, Veo 3, Google Workspace, lovable, cursor, perplexity - Supporting course operations, schedules, student communication
- Helping us test and roll out new AI tools for education
- Keeping systems organised: files, forms, content, workflows
Some admin, yes.
But this role is about
creating, experimenting, and improving
, not just ticking boxes.
This role is perfect for you if:

This role is NOT for you if:
- You only want traditional admin work
- New software makes you nervous
- You need step-by-step instructions for everything
- You dislike creativity, experimentation, or change
Experience & background
- No maritime background required but would be an advantage
- Marketing, content, digital media, ops, or admin experience is useful
- What matters most is
attitude, curiosity, and skill with modern tools
