Bedfordshire based office - 4 days onsite working

We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to drive a critical Oracle Fusion ERP migration. This is a hands-on contract role where you'll take ownership of data strategy, cleansing, and readiness for a large-scale transformation.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end data workstream for an Oracle Fusion migration
• Cleanse, validate, and prepare large, complex datasets for migration
• Define data standards, governance, and quality controls
• Work closely with business and technical teams across multiple sites

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading data migration for Oracle Fusion (essential)
• Strong background in data cleansing and large dataset management
• Experience working with large, multi-site organisations
• Ability to operate hands-on while leading delivery
