Data Quality Analyst (Customer Experience Focus)

An exciting opportunity for a Data Quality Analyst to play a key role in improving Customer Experience through high-quality, trusted data.
This role will focus on monitoring, analysing, and enhancing data quality across customer journeys-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support better insights and decision-making. Working closely with CX, Data, and Business teams, they will identify issues, track trends, and drive continuous improvement in how customer data is captured and used.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on Data Quality across customer data and CX touchpoints
Identify data issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
Support Data Governance and Data Stewardship initiatives
Work with stakeholders to improve data capture, processes, and standards
Deliver clear, actionable insights to enhance Customer Experience
What's Needed:
Experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience working with customer or CX-related data
Ability to translate data issues into business impact
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
