Deal Origination Executive (High-Energy Cold Outreach Role)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped bonus

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys starting conversations from scratch. You'll be the first voice founders, CEOs, and investors hear - opening doors, sparking interest, and building relationships through confident, personable outreach.

What You'll Be Doing
Cold Outreach & Pipeline Generation
- Identify and contact potential acquisition targets and strategic partners
- Make confident outbound calls to founders, CEOs, and investors
- Build a strong, well-qualified pipeline of conversations
- Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions
Relationship-Building
- Hold initial qualification calls with senior decision-makers
- Build rapport quickly and naturally with high-level stakeholders
- Arrange follow-up meetings with the Head of M&A
- Keep CRM activity organised and up to date
Market Awareness
- Research the software and tech landscape to spot emerging opportunities
- Track competitor activity and deal flow
- Produce concise market briefs, target lists, and opportunity summaries
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Around 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building long-term relationships
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with senior leaders
- Strong research instincts and commercial awareness
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
- Able to manage multiple conversations at once
Desirable
- Experience in deal origination, corporate finance, VC, or investment markets
- Existing network of founders, investors, or advisors
