Senior Account Manager - IT

As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on driving recurring revenue and delivering long-term value.

To lead client relationships across IT services, Cyber and Managed Services solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to align IT strategy with business objectives. The role combines commercial ownership with technical understanding, ensuring clients receive scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key client accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships
  • Drive recurring revenue through contract renewals, upselling, and strategic account growth
  • Lead client review meetings, presenting IT roadmaps, risk registers, and improvement plans
  • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to delivery
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope, design, and deliver infrastructure solutions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across Managed Services and Cyber Security
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximise value for both client and business
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and renewals using CRM systems
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing service communication
