Job Title: Oracle HCM Project Manager

Job Location: Hybrid (Occasional travel to client location Leeds)

Salary: £80000 for permanent or £425 per day Inside IR35 for Contract role

We are supporting a leading consulting organisation in their search for an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to deliver full-life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting banking security and compliance standards and looking for HCM Project Manager with 8-15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focusing on Oracle HCM project management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation life cycles (Plan, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, and Hypercare).

Ensure HR processes and data handling meet banking regulations, data privacy laws (eg, GDPR), and financial audit controls.

Coordinate between HR leadership, finance, IT steering committees, and third-party vendors.

Track project finances, forecast costs, and allocate project resources efficiently.

Drive HR process transformations and user adoption across the banking organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Deep functional or technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Global Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor).

Proven track record of delivering IT or HR transformation projects within banking or financial services.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks, alongside Oracle methodologies like AIM/OUM.

Exceptional communication, risk management, conflict resolution, and executive reporting skills.
