Account Executive

Location: Horsham, West Sussex (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: £30,000 (negotiable based on experience) with £50,000 OTE in Year 1.

You’ll begin with a two-week induction to set you up for success, followed by a six-month coaching and development journey. High performers can progress into senior account management roles within six to nine months, unlocking even greater earning potential.

What will you be doing?

  • Growing and developing our existing customer base through daily account calls and arranging on-site health checks.
  • Introducing new products, services, and platforms to customers through our multi-service discount proposition.
  • Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships to support retention.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for account queries, with full support from our specialist teams.
  • Updating customer and service information within our CRM to identify and track future opportunities.
  • Managing opportunity pipelines and tracking upcoming renewals.
  • Keeping customers informed on installation and project updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (Telecommunications/IT experience is beneficial but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Comfortable working to and exceeding targets.
  • Confident communicating both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Financially and target-driven, with a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
