A rapidly scaling technology company is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to lead its finance function and partner directly with the CEO during an exciting phase of global expansion.

Location: London (4 days in the office)

Salary: 120 000 + Equity

What You’ll Lead

• Full ownership of financial reporting, forecasting and controls
• Building scalable systems and improving cash, working capital & treasury processes
• Commercial partnering on pricing, licensing, manufacturing and margin decisions
• Supporting fundraising, investor interactions and due diligence
• Establishing and overseeing new international entities (US & Asia)
• Strengthening governance, risk frameworks and Board‐level reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
• 10+ years PQE, ideally with experience in manufacturing or high‐growth scale‐ups
• Hands‐on, adaptable leader who brings clarity and structure
• Strong communicator who enjoys partnering across teams
• Commercially curious, strategic thinker, thrives in fast-moving environment
