Interim Netsuite Project Manager
Global Accounting Network are partnering with a PE-backed business based in London, looking for an experienced Interim NetSuite Project Manager to lead the re-implementation and optimisation of the company's NetSuite ERP system.
This is a 5-month contract position requiring 2 days per week on-site. The role offers the chance to manage a high-impact project, working closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to deliver transformative results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current NetSuite implementation and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute a detailed project plan for re-implementation, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP system.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Configure, customise, and test the NetSuite platform for seamless integration with other systems.
- Train and support internal teams to maximise the platform’s capabilities.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address challenges effectively.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation or project management roles.
- Proven track record in re-implementing or optimising NetSuite ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, CRM, and Reporting.
- Hands-on experience in configuring, customising, and integrating NetSuite with other systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and execution.
- Proficient in stakeholder communication and change management.
