Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Manager / Business Analyst based in Nigeria. The position involves working both remotely and on-site as required. Responsibilities include overseeing project deliverables, managing timelines, facilitating communications between stakeholders, expediting project tasks, coordinating inspections, and ensuring efficient logistics management. The role also involves analyzing business requirements, providing insights for process improvement, and generating comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.

Skills & Qualifications

As a PM

  • Proficient in Project Management and experienced in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder & Customer management
  • Strong understanding of expediting tasks necessary to manage time-critical project elements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to assess and improve business processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

As a BA

  • Requirements capture, Drafting specification documents, test plans
  • Hands-on experience with QA processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Prior experience in similar roles, particularly within the Nigerian market, is advantageous.
  • Experience of implementing projects for - System implementations, APIs, Apps etc
