Senior SAP Solution Owner (PM/MM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Solution Owner to take ownership of our client's SAP PM/MM landscape across an international operational portfolio.

With a major S/4HANA implementation recently completed, this role is critical in ensuring system stability throughout 2026 and shaping the roadmap for future development and optimisation.

In this senior functional role, you will lead the direction, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP PM/MM — acting as the business owner for the solution and the key link between operations, IT, and cross‐functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner for the SAP PM/MM solution, ensuring system performance, alignment, and value delivery.
• Lead and govern system change initiatives from scoping through to go‐live.
• Manage the systems development portfolio, prioritising business demands and coordinating with IT and operational stakeholders.
• Define and articulate clear business requirements and solution concepts for SAP PM/MM.
• Support post‐implementation stabilisation of the new S/4HANA environment and drive enhancement planning for the next phase.
• Act as an escalation point for system issues and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Engage closely with operational teams, supply chain, engineering, finance, and cross‐functional stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

• Deep SAP PM/MM expertise with 8+ years of implementation experience
• Ability to outline effective business‐aligned system solutions
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and improvements
• Experience working in international, multi‐stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and decision‐making capabilities

Desirable skills:

• Experience in the asset‐intensive/offshore industries
• Understanding of maintenance and operational processes
• Additional European languages (Danish, German, Dutch) are advantageous

Location:

• Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office in London)
• Occasional international travel required (NL / Germany / Denmark / Sweden)
