PPC Specialist - Google Ads

We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our in-house team full-time at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be managing and optimising client accounts across multiple industries, so prior agency experience is essential.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to take over campaigns, improve performance, and drive better results through smart strategy and accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Take over existing accounts and restructure campaigns for improved performance
• Increase conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition through data-led strategy
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
• Report on performance using clear, insightful data that clients understand
• Make ongoing, proactive recommendations to continually improve account results

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models
• Proven success improving conversion rates, lowering CPAs, and scaling campaigns
• Comfortable interpreting data and turning it into strategic actions
• Strong communication and reporting skills - both internally and with clients
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

Nice to Have:

• Google Ads certifications
• Experience working with Looker Studio or other PPC reporting tools
• Familiarity with landing page optimisation or CRO testing

This role is fully office-based - we’re a collaborative team and want someone ready to grow with us on-site.
