PPC Specialist - Google Ads
We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our in-house team full-time at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be managing and optimising client accounts across multiple industries, so prior agency experience is essential.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to take over campaigns, improve performance, and drive better results through smart strategy and accurate tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Take over existing accounts and restructure campaigns for improved performance
- Increase conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition through data-led strategy
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
- Report on performance using clear, insightful data that clients understand
- Make ongoing, proactive recommendations to continually improve account results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models
- Proven success improving conversion rates, lowering CPAs, and scaling campaigns
- Comfortable interpreting data and turning it into strategic actions
- Strong communication and reporting skills - both internally and with clients
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
Nice to Have:
- Google Ads certifications
- Experience working with Looker Studio or other PPC reporting tools
- Familiarity with landing page optimisation or CRO testing
This role is fully office-based - we’re a collaborative team and want someone ready to grow with us on-site.
