User Researcher

Initial 3 month contract, max rate - £450pd inside IR35, Remote

We're looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our consultancy partner on an initial 3 month contract. You'll plan and deliver high-quality user research to inform product and service decisions, working closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders across their public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
• Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product and design teams throughout the research cycle
• Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and workshops

About You:

• Proven experience in user research
• GDS or UK public sector experience
• Strong skills in interviewing, usability testing, and insight synthesis
• Confident stakeholder communicator
• Able to work independently and at pace
