SAP ECC Systems Lead
SAP ECC6.
It’s good, ain’t it?
It does a lot of stuff and...well...you’ve been working with it for a while now so I don’t really need to tell you that.
All this “you must move to S/4” chat is getting a bit boring though, right?
I’m working with an organisation that’s been running SAP ECC6 for a long time and, between you, me and a load of other people on LinkedIn... they’re not entirely sure what comes next.
S/4HANA? Maybe.
Something else entirely? Possibly.
Right now...who knows.
What they do know is that they’re not rushing into a decision, and they’d value someone who’s been part of those “what do we do after ECC?” conversations before.
And that might be where you come in.
The business is looking for an SAP ECC Systems Lead to join their small but perfectly formed UK IT team.
There’s plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty, supporting core SAP modules including:
- Finance
- Materials Management
- Production Planning
- Sales & Distribution
Alongside the day-to-day support, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive ERP improvements and optimise how SAP is used.
Reporting into the Head of IT, you’ll also play an important role in shaping the ERP roadmap...helping the business think about what comes next, supporting transformation initiatives, and making sure the knowledge sitting inside the organisation stays there.
The role offers hybrid working (3 days remote / 2 days onsite in Yorkshire) and a salary of £65,000 plus private healthcare.
