Onsite Technician

New Contract Opportunity – Onsite Technician (IOT Device Installation) – £120/day – Warrington

We’re looking for 2 x Level 1 Technicians for a short-term, hands-on installation project taking place onsite at a major retail distribution centre in Warrington.

Location: Warrington 

Dates: Monday 21st – Wednesday 23rd July 2025 Pay Rate: £120/day (outside IR35)

You will be working onsite to install Gen 4 Ultra Short IoT devices onto 750 metal roll cages. This is a physical, technician-level role requiring basic tool skills and accuracy.

• Drill a threaded hole in the base of each roll cage (template provided for speed/accuracy)

• Apply double-sided adhesive to the back of each device

• Secure each device using a screw and locknut

• Record the asset ID and serial number of each installed unit

• Technician-level experience (L1)

• Comfortable using drills and hand tools

• Good attention to detail for accurate recording and installation

• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow clear instructions

• Drill & suitable drill bits

• Double-sided tape

• Screws & locknuts
