Fintech & Services M&A - Associate

A highly successful US boutique is hiring within their Fintech sector team. They are an established dedicated Fintech team with an excellent track record and they are hiring due to growth and sustained deal pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
• Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
• Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
• Conducting industry research
• Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
• Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and a have a keen interest in specialising in Fintech M&A
• M&A Associate with Fintech/Tech/TMT experience
• Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
• High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients
