The role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Direct Data solutions across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions within the Healthcare Division. This pivotal role will serve as the bridge between our clients, sales team, and technical staff, ensuring successful delivery of our data solutions while driving business growth.

Our Direct Data solutions incorporate sales of APIs & Data Feeds to customers, as well as integrations with CRMs, data lakes and AI tools.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver compelling pitches of Direct Data solutions to existing clients and prospects
• Consult with clients on available data & integration options, including delivery channels (APIs, Snowflake, etc.) and data integration aspects (CRM platforms, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Participate in strategic client discussions regarding data & integration options in the context of AI & CRM initiatives
• Train and enable the sales team on effectively positioning and selling Direct Data solutions

Commercial Management

• Develop and manage pricing strategies and commercial models
• Support the legal team with client contracts and negotiations
• Create customized proposals for Direct Data solutions based on specific client requirements
• Contribute to the long-term development of the Direct Data business

Operations & Project Delivery

• Project manage the delivery of Direct Data solutions to clients
• Lead client services activities for DDS clients and any involved third parties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical and operational issues

What were looking for

• Experience with data solutions, delivery channels (APIs, cloud platforms), and integration with analytics tools
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Commercial acumen and experience with pricing strategies and contract negotiations
• Project management skills to coordinate cross-functional delivery of solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in business contexts
• Experience with data management, business intelligence, or analytics platforms
• Background in B2B technology sales or solutions consulting
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
