We are seeking an experienced Azure, Microsoft (MS) Dynamics Engineer (Enterprise) to help design, develop, implement and integrate a new cloud-based CRM solution, utilising Azure tools and working on MS Dynamics and other CRM technologies used in the not-for-profit / public sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement seamless integrations between CRM solution and the existing systems using Azure Services, i.e. Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus
• Create data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory for batch integration
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between systems
• Create and preside over detailed documentation of low level integration designs, processes and interface contracts

Experience required:

• Strong technical knowledge to design, develop and maintain complex integrations
• Ability to produce integration designs in line with the wider enterprise and solution architecture designs, patterns and principles
• Proven experience as an Integration Engineer having worked on enterprise-level solutions and integration
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft services such as:
• Azure Logic Apps & Azure Functions
• Azure API Management & Azure Service Bus
• Azure Data Factory
• Power Platform Power Automate
• Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services
• Knowledge of API security standards and Azure Active Directory integration
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, or other modern programming languages
• Experience of DevOps including CI/CD pipelines, version control and deployment strategies
